Strategic sponsorships elevate organizations and
events that support diverse pathways to economic
empowerment for women and girls.
Girls in Trades Spotlight
900+ female students and educators from
high schools with Career Technical Education
programs came together for the Massachusetts
Girls in Trades Conferences & Career Fairs in
Eastern and Western Massachusetts.
The conferences introduce young women to
careers in the union construction trades while
equipping educators and counselors with tools to
support their students’ pathways into the field.
We asked students:

Network
Connecting Leaders Across Massachusetts
A joint initiative with the Red Sox Foundation that
brings together women Executive Directors and
CEOs of Massachusetts nonprofits. WIN creates
a space for nonprofit leaders to connect, exchange
best practices and strategies, and support
one another through meaningful networking and
mentorship.
